业余党校“导师制”教学模式的初探

业余党校是高校思想政治教育的重要平台,在高校培养党的后备人员中发挥着重要作用,但目前高校业余党校普遍存在部分学员先进性不够、教学效果不理想、基层党组织"导"的功能难以发挥等问题,为了提高业余党校的教学效果和培训质量,开展了业余党校"导师制"教学的探索,经过初步实践,已取得明显效果。
