摘要
"王法"与形式化的"国法"不同,它依赖"道成肉身"的圣王与清官,且常常以违反国法的方式实现个别公正,从而削弱了"规则之治"。同时由于王法逻辑的内在矛盾,使得这种公正只能在极其意外的情况下才能实现。
King＇s Law, totally different from the statute law, depends on the sage of kings and upright officials who are considered as the Incarnation of Dao, and often aims at individual justice by breaking statute law which eventually weakens the ＂rule of law＂. Nevertheless, the justice of King＇s Law could be realized very occasionally because of the logical paradox in it.
