摘要
在发展中国家继续向前迈进并融入经济全球化发展道路的时候,有时会落入"比较优势陷阱"。针对这一经典难题,对动态比较优势论与内生比较优势论进行比较分析,指出它们在解决比较优势陷阱问题上的局限性,提出并论证"只有重视人力资源,将发展重心放在人力资本增值上"才能突破这一困境的观点。
The comparative advantage trap is a classic hard problem which can not be avoided when developing countries are joining economic globalization.In this regard,the paper makes a comparative analysis between dynamic comparative advantage theory and endogenous comparative advantage theory to indicate their limitations,and demonstrates a new argument that only human capital appreciation can escape this trap.
