摘要
为改善传统的数控机床空间误差检测方法检测时间长、成本高、操作复杂等缺点,提出一种新的基于球杆仪的空间误差分析与检测方法。沿半球螺旋线轨迹对数控机床空间误差进行检测,并利用多元回归分析理论建立空间误差的综合模型;利用所建的回归模型对不同检测点的误差进行预测和补偿。实验结果表明,该方法可将实验所用的立式加工中心几何误差减小80%左右。
Traditional detection method for volumetric errors of CNC machine tools has many shortcomings, such as time-consu- ming, high cost and being complicated to operate, in order to improve it, the authors proposed a novel analysis and detection method of the volumetric errors of machine tools, in which a hemispherical helix ball bar test was used. The error testing points in different posi- tions were predicted and compensated with a buih regression model. The experiment on a vertical machining centre for verifying the modeling and detection method showed that about an 80% reduction in geometric error was attained.
