摘要
采用高、低频通信技术,设计一种新的双向胎压传感器模块。为通过高频信道传送轮胎压力、温度等数据信息,通过低频信道接收唤醒、配置、触发等命令信号,以高集成传感器SP37为核心设计了胎压传感器硬件电路和软件模块。为解决轮辋信号屏蔽的问题,设计标准化气门嘴天线优化匹配电路。实际测试结果表明,该传感器模块输出功率约为6 dBm,使用寿命可达到6 a,具有良好的市场应用前景。
By using high and low frequency communication technology, a new bi-directional sensor module for monitoring tire pres- sure is designed and implemented. In order to transmit tire pressure, temperature and other data and information through high frequen- cy channel, and receive commands such as wake-up, configuration and signal trigger through the low frequency channel, high integrat- ed sensor SP37 is used as the core to design hardware circuit and software modules for the tire pressure sensor. The standardized valve antenna is adopted to solve the problem of signal shielding from the rim. The actual test shows that the sensor module can work more than five years with the output power up to 6 dBm, having good market prospect.
