综合训练对抑郁症患者社会功能的作用

The Role of Comprehensive Training on Social Function of Patients with Depression

目的探讨综合训练对抑郁症患者社会功能的作用。方法随机选取唐山市第五医院住院治疗的符合中国神经疾病分类与诊断标准第三版(CCMD-3)抑郁症的诊断标准患者86例,分为对照组和试验组各43例。两组均给予常规药物治疗和护理,对试验组应用综合训练,例如健康教育、心理援助、工娱疗训练(森田疗法)、社会技能训练等,在治疗前和治疗后4、8、12周采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行组间对比以及社会功能缺陷量表评定(SDSS)。结果试验组患者的社交技能,参与活动的态度和活跃性以及各方面责任心相较对照组患者均有显著提高(t=3.56,6.22,11.70;P<0.01)。结论药物基础上合用综合训练更有效提高了抑郁症患者社会功能及生活质量,有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive training on social function of patients with depression .Methods 86 ca-ses randomly selected from Tangshan fifth hospital in accordance with Chinese nerve disease classification and diagnostic criteria for the third edition（CCMD-3） were divided into control group and experimental group with 43 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine drug therapy and nursing ,and the experimental group used comprehensive training ,such as health education ,psychological aid, entertainment therapy（morita therapy）,social skill training,etc.Before treatment and 4,8,12 weeks after treatment all the cases were as-sessed with Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）and social function defect scale assessment （SDSS）.Results The experimental group patients social skills ,attitude and activity to participate in activities and various aspects of responsibility were significantly improved com -pared with the control group patients （t=4.56,1.96,8.36;P〈0.01）.Conclusion Comprehensive training on the basis of drugs is more effective to improve the social function of patients with depression and quality of life ,and worth clinical application .
