护生情绪劳动与自我效能感及应对方式 被引量:9

摘要 目的了解护生情绪劳动的现状,探讨护生情绪劳动表现策略与自我效能感、应对方式的关系,为护理教育与管理者培养优秀的临床护士提供理论依据。方法采用整群分层抽样调查的方法,抽取于2012年度在我院实习的护生,采用情绪劳动策略量表、一般自我效能量表、特质应对量表进行横断面调查研究。结果护生倾向于运用自然表现(4.093±0.570)。20岁以下的护生情绪劳动策略的自然维度得分高于21岁以上的护生,差异有统计学意义(t=2.700,P<0.05);护生情绪劳动策略的深层表现得分与积极应对的得分呈正相关;表面表现得分与消极应对呈正相关;自然表现与自我效能感呈正相关;自我效能感与积极应对呈正相关,与消极应对呈负相关。结论在情绪劳动中护生最常用的表现策略是自然表现,年龄、自我效能感与应对方式是影响情绪劳动表现策略的个体因素。 Objective To understand the status of student nurses'emotional labor ,to explore the relationship between emotional labor strategies and self-efficacy,coping style of nursing students ,and provide a theoretical basis for nursing education and management training excellent nurse .Methods 2012 annual student nurses ,selected by cluster sampling ,were tested by the emotional labor strategies scale , general self-efficacy scale,trait coping style questionnaire section .Results Student nurses tended to use natural performance (4.093 ± 0.570).The scores of nature in emotional labor strategy in the participants below the age of 20 was higher than that in those above the age of 21,the difference was statistically significant (t=2.700,P〈0.05);Student nurses'emotional labor strategy deep performance score was positively related with coping scores;Surface performance score was positively associated with the negative response ;Natural ex-pression was positively correlated with self-efficacy;Self-efficacy was positively related with positive coping , and negatively correlated with negative coping .Conclusion The most commonly strategy used in student nurses'emotional labor is natural expression of individual personality;Age,self-efficacy and coping strategies of the emotional labor are the individual factors influencing the strategies of the emo -tional labor.
