大学生社会支持与应对方式的关系:复原力的中介作用

College Students' Social Support and Coping Style:Mediator Effect of Resilience

目的探讨复原力在应对方式、社会支持间的作用机制。方法采用大学生复原力量表、简易应对方式问卷和领悟社会支持量表对延安大学的388名学生进行调查。采用层次回归分析和多元回归分析验证复原力在应对方式、社会支持间的作用。结果①复原力与社会支持、积极应对方式均显著相关（r=0.447～0.743,P〈0.001）;②复原力在社会支持和积极应对方式的关系中起完全中介作用。结论大学生复原力与社会支持、应对方式关系密切,社会支持以复原力为中介间接影响积极应对方式。

Objective To explore the functioning mechanisms of resilience between social support and coping style .Methods Re-silience Scale for College students ,Perceived Social Support Scale and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire were tested for 388 students from Yan＇an University.Hierarchical multiple regression analyses and multiple regression were conducted to determine the mechanisms of resilience between social support and coping style .Rseults ①Bivariate correlation suggested that resilience ,social support and positive coping style significantly correlated with each other （r=0.447~0.743,P〈0.001）.②Resilience mediated the relationship between so-cial support and coping style .Conclusion The relationship among college students＇resilience,social support and coping style is close . Social support influences positive coping style indirectly via the mediating of resilience .
