摘要
目的探讨大学新生情绪智力与适应性之间的关系。方法采用情绪智力量表、中国大学生适应量表对河北联合大学305名大学新生进行调查。结果①不同性别、生源地以及是否为独生子女在情绪智力的各个维度以及总分上均无差异;②不同性别在校园生活适应、情绪适应以及适应性总分上存在差异(t=2.290,P<0.05;t=2.109,P<0.05;t=2.084,P<0.05);不同生源地在校园生活适应、情绪适应以及适应性总分上存在差异(t=3.473,P<0.05;t=4.295,P<0.05;t=3.368,P<0.05);独生子女在满意度维度上高于非独生子女(t=2.213,P<0.05),在情绪适应上显著高于非独生子女(t=2.790,P<0.01);③大学新生情绪智力与适应性各维度及总分均呈非常显著正相关(r=0.554,P<0.001)。结论大学新生的情绪智力的得分越高,适应性越好。
Objective To investigate the relationship between college students'emotional intelligence and adaptability .Methods U-sing the emotional intelligence scale and Chinese college students adaption scale to survey 305 college freshmen from Hebei United Uni-versity.Results ①There were no significant differences on the dimensions of emotional intelligence and the total score among college students with different gender ,family source and with or without one-child had no(P〉0.05).②There were significant gender differences in adaptability to college life,emotional adjustment and the total adaptability score significant differences (t=2.290,2.109,2.084;P〈0.05);There were significant differences in adaptability to college life ,emotional adjustment and the total adaptability score among col-lege freshmen with different family sources (t=3.473,4.295,3.368;P〈0.05);The one-child on the dimension of satisfaction were higher than the nar one-child(t=2.213,P〈0.05),so was emotional adjustment(t=2.790,P〈0.01).③ College students'emotional intelligence were very significantly positive correlation with adaptability of each dimension and total score (r=0.554,P〈0.001).Con-clusion The higher the score of the emotional intelligence of freshmen ,the better their adaptability is .
