《语料库与语言教学》介绍了语料库语言学在外语教学中的应用,该书首先对语料库与二语习得的关系进行了理论探讨,然后从实践角度阐述了语料库资源和技术在英语教学中的应用。它描述了基于学习者语料库的数据研究中介语特征的方法,最后讨论了如何利用新型语料库应对教育挑战。
Corpora and Language Teaching introduces the application of corpus linguistics to foreign lan- guage teaching. It explores the relationship between corpus and second language acquisition from a theo- retical perspective, and then elaborates the application of corpus resources and techniques to English teaching. It describes the corpus-based research on the features of interlanguage based on learner corpus, and discusses how to employ the new types of corpus to meet the pedagogical challenge.
