With an investigation of the engineering characteristics of prestressed pipe pile and soft soil foundation,exemplified with actual project engineering in soft soil foundation,the quality problems with the excavation of prestressed pipe pile foundation was analyzed.The problem treatment procedures and quality acceptance criteria were suggested to ensure the quality of prestressed pipe pile foundation engineering.
