公考热背景下大学生创业素质调查研究

Report on College Students' Entrepreneurship Qualities under the Heat of the Civil Servant Exam

本文从公考热背景调查研究当代大学生的创业素质,分析了公考热的原因及其对大学生创业的影响,并基于大学生的创业素质现状与问题,以及大学生自主创业的制约因素,从政府、高校、大学生等三维视角提出了相应的改革对策。

Based on an investigation into college students＇ entrepreneurship qualities, this paper analyzed the reasons for the heat of Civil Servant Exam, and interpreted its influence on college students＇ entrepreneurship. Some reform measures were then put forward from the perspective of the government,colleges and students, according to the present situation of college students＇ entrepreneurship qualities, the existing problems, as well as the factors hindering college students from starting their own business.
