Assessment and Evaluation of Learning-Style Party Branches

随着我国学习型政党建设的日趋深入,学习型党支部建设的推进工程也日显重要。本文从科学管理的角度、工作整体推进的需要、引导学习型党支部建设方向层面分析了学习型党支部考核测评工作的重要性,重点从内外两个方面研究分析了考核测评要素的设置,探讨了考核测评的实施方法。

With the increasingly in-depth construction of a learning-style Party in our country, promoting the construction of learning-style Party branches is becoming more and more important. This paper analysed the importance of assessment and evaluation of learning-style Party branches from the point of view of scientific management, the need for nationwide promotion and the orientation of the construction. The paper mainly studied and analysed the assessment elements from both internal and external aspects. It also discussed the methods of assessment and evaluation.
