摘要 目的应用Bayley-Ⅲ认知发育量表评价无锡市婴幼儿认知发育水平。方法选取480例0~42月龄正常婴幼儿进行Bayley-Ⅲ认知量表测试,男女各半,最小年龄16天,最大年龄42月15天。其中48例婴幼儿于测试后3~7天复测1次。结果受试婴幼儿总的认知商为(103.17±7.22)分,其中男孩认知商为(102.54±7.46)分,女孩认知商为(103.79±6.92)分(t=1.903,P>0.05);剖宫产与自然产儿童认知商分别为(103.10±7.17)分、(103.25±7.28)分(t=0.226,P>0.05);Bayley-Ⅲ认知量表重测信度相关性较好(r=0.956,P<0.05)。结论无锡市0~42月龄婴幼儿总体认知商处于中上水平;不同性别和不同生产方式对儿童认知水平无显著影响;父母亲的文化程度、母乳喂养、经济水平,有利于认知能力发展;Bayley-Ⅲ认知量表重测信度良好,可用于中国婴幼儿认知能力的检测,以促进儿童更好地发展。 Objective To assess the cognitive development level of infants and toddlers in Wuxi with cognition sub -tests of Bayley scales of infant and toddler development-Ⅲ.Methods Totally 480 normal infants and toddlers were tested with cognition sub-tests of Bayley-Ⅲ. Half were male and half were female .The age ranged from 16 days to 42 months and 15 days.Among those children , 48 were retested after 3-7 days.Results The overall cognitive quotient of the infants and toddlers was 103.17 ±7.22.That of the boy was 102.54 ±7.46,and that of the girl was 103.79 ±6.92(t=1.903,P〉0.05).The cognitive quotient of the infants and toddlers in cesarean section and nature delivery was 103.10 ±7.17 and 103.25 ±7.28, respectively (t=0.226,P〉0.05).The test-retest reliability of the cognition sub-tests of Bayley-Ⅲwas 0.956 (P〈0.05).Conclusion The overall cognitive quotient of infants and toddlers aged 0-42 months is above the average in Wuxi.There is no significant difference between boys and girls and between cesarean section and natural produce .Parents’ educational level, breast feeding and economic level are beneficial to the development of cognitive ability .The cognition scales of Bayley-Ⅲshows good reliability , and it is feasible to assess the cognition ability of infants and toddoers in China so as to promote better development of children .
