Influence of tactile stimulation on temperament of fetus at 3 months after birth

目的评估胎儿抚触刺激对出生后3个月气质类型的影响。方法采用临床对照研究,分别对孕期未实施抚触胎教的164例,不规范实施的62例和规范实施的76例孕妇进行随访,对其分娩的婴儿在出生后3个月进行气质评定。结果规范实施组中,婴儿气质为易养型的占73.7%,高于不规范实施组以及对照组(x～2值分别为6.241和20.794,均P<0.05);3组出生婴儿在气质的3个维度上有差异:经过抚触胎教的婴儿适应性较强(F=12.408,P<0.05),趋避性趋向于迎合(F=6.064,P<0.05),持久性较好(F=5.984,P<0.05)。结论胎儿抚触刺激对婴儿易养型气质的塑造有促进作用。

Objective To explore the influence of tactile stimulation on temperament of fetus at 3 months after birth .Methods Clinical control study was conducted .There were 64 pregnant women without tactile stimulation on fetus ,62 pregnant women with irregular tactile stimulation , and 76 pregnant women with regular tactile stimulation .They were followed up and the temperament of their fetus was assessed at 3 months after birth.Results In the regular practice group, the babies with easy type temperament accounted for 73.7%, which was higher than irregular practice group and control group （χ^2 value was 6.241 and 20.794, respectively, both P 〈0.05）.There were differences in three dimensions of temperament among 3 groups.The infants with standardized palpation had higher adaptability （ F=12. 408, P〈0.05）, approach（F=6.064,P 〈0.05）and persistence（F =5.984,P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Tactile stimulation on fetus promotes the formation of easy temperament .
