心理契约对青年科技人员离职倾向的影响研究

摘要 本文以科研院所青年科技人员为调查对象,研究了心理契约对离职倾向的影响。结论证明,心理契约及其各维度与离职倾向呈现负相关。在此基础上,给科研院所的管理者提出建议:切实提高员工心理契约的履行程度,从而吸引和留住优秀青年科技人员,有效降低离职倾向。
