Study on Sustainable Development of Higher Vocational Education

我国高等职业教育发展经历了初创、探索、大力发展、深化内涵四个发展阶段,从高等职业教育可持续发展的背景、内涵、必要性和可行性等方面看,高等职业教育必须走可持续发展之路。高等职业教育的可持续发展包括高等职业院校、培养人才的具体专业、课程设置及内容、双师型师资队伍、校企合作、社会服务以及高职院校文化等七个方面的可持续发展,并最终实现高等职业教育促进区域经济社会的可持续发展。

Higher vocational education in China has experienced four development stages： initiation, ex ploration, rapid development and deepening of connotation. Higher vocational education must achieve sus tainable development considering its background, connotation, necessity and feasibility. Sustainable devel opment of higher vocational education involves seven respects including specific majors that cultivate tal ents, curriculum and teaching content, teaching team of double quality, school--enterprise cooperation, so cial service and college culture, to promote sustainable development of local economy.
