摘要 以菊花为原料,采用超声波辅助提取菊花中总黄酮。在单因素实验基础上,对提取工艺进行了正交实验优化。结果表明:超声提取菊花黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间30 min、料液比1∶15、乙醇浓度60%、提取温度60℃。在此最佳提取工艺条件下,超声波辅助提取菊花中总黄酮的提取率为10.93%。 Flavonoid with chrysanthemum as raw material was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted Extraction. The optimum extraction technology of extracting chrysanthemum lutein was determined through orthogonal experiment based on single factor experiment. The results showed that the optimum ultrasonic extraction condition was as follows: extraction time 30 min, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 15, ethanol concentration 60% and temperature 60℃. The extraction rate could be up to 10.93% under the optimum condition.
