摘要 为了模拟电网互联一体,但调度控制分层分区进行的特点,研发多级控制中心协同的全局电网潮流计算及闭环控制仿真系统。介绍其关键技术实现,包括定关口的模型拼接、定关口模型拆分、连续数据断面拟合、多用户任务调度和并行处理以及模拟子站控制等。通过与实时系统以及与调度员培训仿真系统的对比说明该系统特点。以南方电网为应用对象,搭建网省地一体化全局潮流计算及闭环控制仿真系统,为验证多级控制中心协调控制策略提供仿真基础。 Traditional automatic control systems are deployed in independent control centers, while the power system is interconnected and controlled respectively. In order to simulate this feature, the global power flow calculation and power system closed-loop control for multi coordinated control centers is proposed. Some key technologies are introduced, including the standardized model combined/split technology, the continuous data section fitting technology, multi-user scheduling and parallel processing technology, the slave station simulation technology, etc. By comparing with the real-time system and dispatcher training system, the features of proposed method are described. Based on the proposed method, the China Southern Grid simulation system integrated for grid, provincial and district power system is constructed, which can be used to verify the coordinating control strategy among multi-level hierarchical control centers.
