摘要
阐述分析了路用保水型水泥胶浆的保水吸附机理及降温机理。通过粘土吸水性对比试验,选用硅藻土作为蓄水原材料。然后采用硅藻土、水泥、粉煤灰、矿粉等四种原料,设计了7组不同的配比并分析确定了保水砂浆的主要影响因素。结果表明:硅藻土的掺量是保证保水性能的关键,同时水胶比是控制水泥胶浆各项性能的关键指标,建议采用合理的硅藻土掺量和水胶比皆能保证保水性水泥胶浆的各项性能具有较好的均衡性。
Water-retention adsorption mechanism and cooling mechanism of cement mortar for wa- ter retention and cooling pavement were analyzed in this paper. Diatomite was chosen as the impounding material by testing the water absorption capacity of clay. Besides, we designed seven different mix ratios to analyze the influence on the working performance, mechanical properties, and water retention of cement mortar. The results showed: the water retention capacity was mainly decided by diatomite content, and the performance of cement mortar was mainly decided by water-binder ratio. The different performances of ce- ment mortar could be balanced well when a reasonable dosage of diatomaceous and water-binder ratio were guaranteed
