摘要 高耐久铺装(HDP)环氧沥青混合料添加剂由主剂与硬化剂组成,先前研究发现两者混合后产物具有与环氧树脂体系相似的性质。为研究两者反应原理,通过采用动力学方法对HDP固化反应进行建模分析其反应参数。试验结果表明:根据HDP不同升温速率下DSC曲线计算确定HDP环氧体系固化反应温度达383.4 K时进入恒温固化,该反应活化能为39.78 kJ/mol,反应级数n为0.85;利用环氧体系的固化反应模型计算得到环氧体系的反应为1级与n级平行的自催化反应。 High durable pavement (HDP) of epoxy asphalt mixture additive are composed of main agent and curing agent, previous studies have found that mixture of both products has the similar proper- ties with epoxy resin system. In order to study the both reaction principle, dynamics method is adopted to modeling analysis of HDP curing reaction parameters. Test results show that the HDP DSC curve to calcu- late and determine the HDP cure reaction of epoxy system at 383.4 K temperature into the constant tem- perature curing, the reaction activation energy of 39.78 kJ/mol and reaction series n is 0.85 under differ- ent heating rates ; using curing reaction of epoxy system to calculate the reaction of epoxy system for levels 1 and n parallel autocatalvtic reaction.
