矿产资源安全问题的综述及其研究框架

Review and Research Framework of Mineral Resources Security

经济全球化改变了全球资源的供需格局,矿产资源的安全问题凸显,已成为政府、学界关注及研究的重大的资源安全与战略问题。从国外重要期刊、国内核心期刊中选取了与矿产资源安全高度相关的145篇文章,从矿产资源安全的内涵、影响因素、评价、战略及保障体系等方面全面梳理了矿产资源安全的研究成果,指出了其系统概念、评价方法、模型构建、态势预测等方面的研究不足,揭示了矿产资源安全研究的方向和趋势,提出了矿产资源安全问题的研究框架,以期为后期的研究提供有益的借鉴。

Economic globalization has changed the supply and demand pattern of resources .Mineral resources security has become a major issue of resource security and strategy that draws the attention of the government and academia .This paper selects 145 articles which are highly related to mineral resources security from important international journals and core domestic journals and reviews the research results of the mineral resources security from four aspects ：connotation ,influencing factors ,evaluation ,strategy and security system . The paper points out the deficiency of the research in terms of system concept ,evaluation method , model building and situation forecasting , reveals the research direction and trend of mineral resources security , and proposes the research framework of mineral resources security , which aims to provide beneficial reference for future research .
