完善我国矿山储量动态监管制度的若干思考——以辽宁省为例

Reflections on Improving the Dynamic Supervision System of Mine Reserves of China:With Liaoning Province as an Example

矿山储量动态监管制度是2006年以来我国加强矿产资源开发阶段资源储量管理的一项重要制度。目前,我国已总体全面建立矿山储量动态监管制度。但是,从各地实践中也暴露出一些问题,影响了我国矿山储量动态监管制度的深入推进和持续有效开展。以辽宁省为例,在介绍辽宁省矿山储量动态监管的主要做法、取得的有益经验及分析其存在的主要问题的基础上,提出应增加监测频率、提高监测数据的真实可靠性等相关对策建议,为我国矿山储量管理制度的完善提供借鉴和参考。

The system of mine reserves dynamic supervision is an important institution in the field of mineral reserves management and an important measure for enhancing mineral resource reserves management in the exploitation. The system of mine reserves dynamic supervision has been established all over the country. However, some problems have emerged in the practice of many areas affecting the sustainable development of mine reserve dynamic supervision. Taking Liaoning Province as an example, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the system of mine reserves dynamic supervision based on the discussion of the approaches, experience and problems
