摘要 分析了目前主要脱硫工艺的优缺点。根据镍反射炉烟气的特性,金川集团选择了活性焦干法烟气脱硫工艺。详细介绍了活性焦干法烟气脱硫工艺的主要组成:烟气系统、SO2吸附脱硫系统、活性焦再生系统、物料循环系统等。项目投产后,各项运行数据均达到设计要求,脱硫效率平均为98.8%,收尘效率平均为76.09%,使低浓度二氧化硫烟气得到了较好治理。 Advantages and disadvantages of main current desulphunization processess are analysed. According to the characteristic of flue gas in nickel reverberatory furnace, Jinchuan Group chose flue gas dry desulphurization process by activated coke. Main steps of flue gas dry desulphurization process by activated coke were described in detail, including flue gas system, SO2 absorption desulphurization system, activated coke reclaimed system, material circulatory system, etc. After the project being put into operation, all operation data reached design requirement,with 98.8% of desulphurization efficiency, 76. 09% of average dust collection efficiency, which showed low SO, concentration flue uas was well treated.
