主要介绍了孟莫克废酸再生(SAR)工艺流程及对主要工艺指标的控制。SAR装置包括热裂解、烟气净化、转化和吸收4个工艺单元。尾气排放φ(SO2)可实现低至0.002%。目前,全球范围内已有60多套SAR装置在运行,可以从几乎所有的资源中回收和再利用废酸。

Process and control on main process indexes of MECS spent sulphuric acid regeneration are described. SAR plant consists of four units of thermal cracking, flue gas purification, conversion and absorption. Emission concentration of SO2 in tail gas is reduced to as low as 0. 002%. With over 60 sets of SAR in operation throughout the world, spent sulphuric acid can be recycled almost from all resources.
