摘要
介绍了铣削头的结构组成及工作原理,并应用AMESim软件对铣削头在不同地质条件下的双铣轮与泥浆泵功率分配情况做了计算,为实际施工速度提供了具有参考性的参数。设计了铣削头的液压系统,并对双轮铣槽机在土质条件不变时和铣削轮转速稳定与土质条件改变时这两种工况对液压系统进行了仿真。通过对仿真结果的分析可知液压系统的设计满足机器的施工要求,对后续双轮铣槽机铣削头液压系统的实际设计具有参考意义。
The structure and operating principle of the milling head are described,and the software AMESim about the milling head is applicated in calculating power between different geological conditions and mud double milling round,which provides a reference parameter for the actual construction of the speed. These two conditions,which they are milling soil conditions unchanged and soil conditions changed,are simulated on the design of the hydraulic system of the milling head. The simulation results show that the design of the hydraulic system meets the construction requirements of the machine,and provide a reference for the actual design of the subsequent the milling head of the trench cutters.
