摘要
利用有限元分析方法,考察了转8A型货车转向架摇枕在垂向总载荷工况下的应力分布,找出了摇枕心盘和旁承上的薄弱部位;分析得出最大应力主要集中在旁承断面突变处,最大值均在许用应力范围内,为其结构设计和优化提供理论依据。
The stress distribution of total vertical load conditions of Bogie Bolster for the transfer 8A Freight are investigated by using finite element analysis method. The roll pillow plate and the weak positions on the side bearing are found out. It is concluded that the maximum stress is mainly concentrated in the mutation of the side bearing section. And the maximum value is in the range of the allowable stress. The research provides the theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization.
