摘要
设计了一种新型mini四轮自行车。提出了四轮自行车的设计思路和想要解决的如重心较高、平衡性较差等问题。克服链传动的必须同面并需要加入防护油保护等缺点,设计采用PE线传动代替原有的传动方式。并对该四轮自行车的整体结构进行详细设计,包括变速、动力传输等。最后总结了本设计的创新点及特点,并展示了部分原理图及三维图。
This is a new mini wagon designed for the transport sector which adds a new means of transport,In the paper,some deficiencies of design ideas and the existing problems are first presented,which includes the high gravity center,poor balance,and the chain drive must be at the same side and it needs to add protection to protect oil and other shortcomings,The product is carried out on the detailed design of the overall structure,including speed,power transmission and other designs.Finally,the design and features are summarized,and part of the three-dimensional map and schematics are provided.
