摘要
自锁是机构设计中需要注意的重要问题之一。如何在设计之初确定不发生自锁的机构尺寸是一个值得探讨的问题。提出了一种简便的条件设计法,利用此法可以通过运动副间的摩擦因数方便地确定移动副不发生自锁的主要结构尺寸。
Self-locking in mechanism design is one of the important problems which needing to pay attention to. It's worthy to discuss how to determine mechanical dimensions in order to avoid self-locking in the beginning of the design. A simple method of condition-design is proposed,which can determine the main structure sizes without self-locking according to the friction factors in pair easily.
