基于云模型的电液比例位置系统同步偏差控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对电液比例位置同步系统受到外部干扰,存在同步偏差问题,利用云模型理论设计了偏差补偿器对其进行修正。对位置偏差值进行云化处理后,依照云模型规则推理得到准确补偿信号,反馈给原系统作为同步偏差控制量。对预应力张拉设备的电液比例系统建立仿真模型,仿真分析表明,云模型偏差补偿器能够对出现的偏差自动调整,减小同步偏差,提高同步系统控制精度,系统的稳定性和鲁棒性也得到提高。 Aiming at the synchronous deviation problems of electro-hydraulic proportional position synchronous system while it is subjected to external disturbance,compensator is designed by theory of cloud model to correct it. The position deviation is processed by cloud,reasoning to get a accurate compensation signal by cloud model reasoning. And the signal is feedback to the original system as synchronous deviation controlled quantity. The simulation model of the electro-hydraulic proportional system of pre-stressed stretching equipment is established,the results show that the cloud deviation compensated controller could automatically adjust the deviation,reduce the synchronous deviation,and improve the control precision synchronization system. The stability and robustness of the system are also improved.
