基于电磁特性的转子绕组动态匝间短路故障联合诊断方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 在分析发电机电磁特性的基础上,根据汽轮发电机发生转子匝间短路时励磁电流增加而无功输出量却相对减少的结论,推导出相应判据,提出了一种将该判据与微分探测线圈法相结合的汽轮发电机转子匝间短路故障的动态识别和故障定位方法。然后结合印尼某电厂2号故障机组实测数据,对数据进行了分析,利用所提方法实现了转子动态匝间短路故障的有效诊断和准确定位,验证了方法的正确性和实用性。 Based on the analysis of electromagnetic characteristics of the generator, the corresponding criterion is derived according to conclusions that the turbine generator excitation current increases and reactive power output reduce relatively when rotor inter-turn short circuit occurs. Dynamic identification and fault location methods for turbine generator rotor inter-turn short circuit fault is proposed according to the criterion combing with differential detection coil method. Then the measured data of the No. 2 faulty generator from a Indonesia power plant are analyzed, effective diagnosis and accurate positioning of rotor dynamic inter-turn short circuit fault are achieved using this method. At last the validity and usefulness of this method are verified.
