摘要
喷嘴是电厂烟气脱硫脱硝设备中的关键组成部分,喷嘴的雾化特性是影响烟气脱硫脱硝效率的主要因素,因此研究不同工作条件下喷嘴的雾化特性对提高反应效率意义很大。分别对单相和双相雾化喷嘴进行试验,测量不同流体压力下,压力与流体流量、雾化角、射程、扇形流量分布之间的关系和液滴的粒径范围,并结合CFB电厂应用喷嘴的实际条件验证了单相喷嘴适用于CFB电厂的烟气深度脱硫反应,气液双相雾化喷嘴适用于烟气的深度脱硝反应。
The nozzle is a key component part of the power plant flue gas desulfurization and denitrification equipment and nozzle atomization characteristics are the main factors affecting the flue gas desulfurization denitrifieation efficiency. So the nozzle atomization characteristics under different working conditions are great significance to improve the effect of reaction. This paper does experiment of single phase and two-phase spray nozzle by measuring the relationship between the different fluid pressure and the flow of fluid, atomizing angle, range and the fan flux distribution sector, and the diameter of the liquid. Then combined with the actual conditions of the CFB power plant application nozzle the paper verifies the single-phase nozzle is suitable for the CFB power plant flue gas deep desulfurization reaction and gas-liquid two-phase spray nozzle is suitable for the flue gas deep denitrification reaction.
