分析了GB/T 29639-2013出台的背景,并与AQ/T 9002-2006做了对比,分析其隐含的应急预案编制思路的变化,以及应急预案体系中增加、删减或调整的内容,为生产经营单位编制应急预案提供参考。
The background of GB/T 29639-2013 issuance is analyzed, and it is compared to AQ/T 9002-2006 to analyze the changes in emergency plan compilation thought it implies and the contents added,deleted or modified in emergency plan system so as to provide reference for production and operation unit to compile emergency plan.
