摘要 根据松阳扁形茶连续化自动化加工生产的现状和趋势,提出了包含鲜叶摊放、自动投料、摊凉回潮、二次理条、二次压扁、辉干提香等28道工序的松阳扁形茶连续化加工的工艺流程和其所需的机械设备,叙述了鲜叶摊放、杀青、摊凉回潮、理条、压扁炒制、辉干提香等核心工序的工艺要点,并对松阳扁形茶连续化自动化加工生产线的开发、生产工效和产品质量进行了探讨。 According to the development trends of the continuous automatic processing of Songyang Flat Tea, this paper proposes the continuous automatic processing flow and the required mechanical equipment of Songyang Flat Tea, which includes 28 steps, such as spreading fi'esh leaves, automatic feeding, spreading for cooling moisture regain, two times carding, two times flattening, final drying and aroma raising and so on. The author describes the key processes of spreading fresh leaves, fixation, cooling moisture regain, carding, flattening of Songyang Flat Tea, and discusses the product efficiency, product quality and production of the continuous automatic processing line of Songyang Flat Tea.
