摘要 应用D-H法对MAZAK INTEGREX 100-ⅡSY五轴联动数控机床建立运动学数学模型,求解出机床各轴运动的坐标变换公式.对YL型烟气轮机动叶片叶身加工工艺过程,选用Pro/E软件进行叶片三维建模,PowerMill软件进行数控加工编程,并结合Vericut软件对生成的NC程序进行仿真加工,验证NC程序的正确性,将可能存在的各种不安全因素排除在实体机床加工之前.最后在MAZAK五轴联动数控机床上进行加工试验及实际加工,取得了很好的效果. Kinematic and mathematical models of MAZAK INTEGREX 100- II SY five-axis-linkage CNC machine tool were established by using D-H method, and the coordinate transformation formulae of motion of all machine-tool axes were found. In order to get the machining process of the blade of YL-type flue gas turbine, its three-dimensional model was set up by using Pro/E software, the programming for its NC machining was completed by using PowerMill software, and the simulative machining was performed by using the generated NC program combined with Vericut software to verify the correctness of the NC program and eliminate various possible unsafe factors before the actual machining of the blade. Finally, machining tests and actual machining wereperformed on the MAZAK five-axis-linkage CNC machine tool, obtaining a good effect.
