摘要
军事格斗徒手对抗对抗激烈,需要综合运用踢、打、摔、拿等技术制服对手。在训练中,多数同志都有这样一种感受,一场5 min的实战对抗要比一堂4 h的空击训练、踢靶训练课感觉还要累,体能严重不足,可见实战对抗,不仅是检验格斗基础训练效果的途径,还是检验体能的试金石。
Unarmed fighting is a skill full of fierce fighting, which needs the techniques of kicking, beating, wrestling and capture to subdue the enemy. Most comrades have the feeling that a 5 - minute combat is more tired than a 4 - hour kicking air and target, which benefits more. Unarmed fighting exercise is not only a way of examining training result but also the touchstone of testing physical condition.
