国防生军事基础课程设置的问题与对策

Problem and Countermeasures of Military Fundamental Courses

当前地方高校国防生军事基础课程存在内容设置不科学、时间安排不合理、考核标准不统一、教学效果难把握等问题。通过研究分析,建议统一教学内容、时间和考核标准,推进"三级培养模式",强化综合演练环节,培养综合能力强、能胜任岗位任职需求的部队基层干部。

Many problems exist in military national foundation courses of the defense university, such as unscientific content settings, unreasonable schedule, different test standards, difficult to assess teaching effectiveness and so on. Through research and analysis, The authors think we should establish a unified teaching content, schedule and test standards, ＂the three level training mode＂ to strengthen the comprehensive training. After that we can develop comprehensive ability of grassroots military officers.
