中国遣使的历史由来已久,创作了不少有关的出使文学作品。使安南的中国使臣创作的一系列使安南作品(以下统称使交作品),记录使途见闻及有关的历史事件和感受。他们还与接伴的安南官员或国王互相唱和诗。这些诗歌既有文学价值,又有一定的历史价值。

China has a long history of dispatching envoys abroad. Since the Tang and Song dynasty, envoys usually are scholars talented, the strain sensitive and good at debate. China is the kingdom of poetry, during the diplomatic mission, the envoys pay attention to observe and consult, created a lot of literary works. The Chinese envoys to Vietnam is no exception, they created a series of envoy literature works, record the historical events and feelings related to the mission. They composed and matching poems with the King and the officials of Vietnam. These poems not only have literary value, but also have historical value too.
