芎葛蝎蜈汤治疗偏头痛疗效观察

Clinical observation on “Xiongge Xiewu Decoction”for the treatment of migraine

目的观察芎葛蝎蜈汤治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将96例偏头痛患者随机分为两组,各48例;治疗组给予芎葛蝎蜈汤加味治疗,对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪片治疗,疗程4周。结果治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组为75.00%;两组临床疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论芎葛蝎蜈汤治疗偏头痛疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Xiongge Xiewu Decoction＂ in treating migraine. Methods Ninety-six subjects with migraine were randomized in two groups, with 48 subjects in each group. The treatment group was treated with supplemented ＂Xiongge Xiewu Decoction＂, and control group was treated with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Tablets, with the course of 4 weeks. Results The overall effective rate was 93.75 % in the treatment group and 75 % in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ＂Xiongge Xiewu Decoction＂ has certain effect on migraine.
