清热解毒药在肾脏病治疗中的应用

介绍运用清热解毒药治疗肾脏病的临床体会。认为毒邪在肾脏病的发生发展过程中起着重要的作用,可根据毒邪所兼风、痰、湿、浊、积等不同,以及所在病位的差异,分别采用清热疏风药、清热利咽药、清热化痰药、清热通络药、清热凉血药、清热化瘀药、清热祛湿药、清热散结药治疗。

This paper introduces clinical experience with kidney disease by using heat-clearing and detoxicating drugs. It is believed that poisonous pathogenic factors play an important role in the development and occurrence of kidney disease, which can be accompanied by wind, phlegm, turbid and stagnation. Heatclearing drugs with toxin-removing, sore-throat relieving, phlegm resolving, collaterals dredging, blood cooling, blood stasis resolving and stagnation eliminating functions can be used for the treatment.
