向心性穿刺法预防新动静脉内瘘引起皮下血肿的探讨

Discussion of Centripetal Puncture for the Preventing New Arteriovenous Fistula Caused by Subcutaneous Hematoma

目的探讨向心性动静脉内瘘穿刺法预防新动静脉内瘘首次使用引起内瘘皮下血肿的效果。方法选择九江市中医医院2011年11月-2013年11月收治的100例使用新动静脉内瘘进行维持性血液透析的患者随机分为观察组（采用向心性穿刺法）和对照组（采用离心性穿刺法）,比较两组患者首次使用新动静脉内瘘发生皮下血肿的机率。结果使用新动静脉内瘘采用向心性穿刺法内瘘皮下血肿发生率明显低于离心性穿刺法。结论向心性穿刺法能够降低新动静脉内瘘首次使用引起皮下血肿的发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of centripetral puncture for preventing new arteriovenous caused by fistula subcutaneous hematoma. Methods 100 hemodialysis patients with subcutaneous hematoma caused by new arteriovenous fistula were treated in the Jiujiang Chinese medicine hospital from November 2011 to November 2013, and were randomly divided into observation group（using centripetral puncture） and control group（using away from heart puncture）. The incidence of subcutaneous hematoma was compared between the two groups. Results The new arteriovenous fistula using centripetral puncture showed the lower incidence of subcutaneous hematoma than that using eccentric puncture. Conclusion The application of centripetral puncture can reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hematoma caused by the new arteriovenous fistula.
