舍曲林合并喹硫平治疗强迫症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Seculin Combined with Quetiapine in the Treatment of Obsessive-compulsive Disorder

目的分析舍曲林合并喹硫平治疗强迫症的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的46例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用舍曲林药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采用喹硫平治疗,并观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.3%,对照组治疗总有效率为65.22%,两组比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论舍曲林联合喹硫平治疗强迫症临床疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of sertraline combined with quetiapine in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Methods 46 patients in our hospital were divided randomly into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group were used sertraline,the observation group were given quetiapine on the basis of treatment of control group, to observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was91.3%, the total effective rate in control group was 65.22%%, the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The total effective rate of sertraline combined with quetiapine in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder was significantly,it was worthy of clinical use.
