在新一轮找矿任务部署中,陕西按照"统一规划、突出重点、科技创新、强化管理"的原则,政府主导,积极构建地质找矿新机制。在具有一定工作程度、成矿条件较好、资源潜力较大的地区,按照地质找矿新机制的要求,统筹中央、地方和企业各类勘查基金,整合资金、技术、矿权、资料、人才等生产要素,集中力量开展整装勘查和重点勘查工作,快速实现找矿重大突破。
