摘要
国际电站EPC项目物流管理对整个工程的实施质量具有重要影响。国际电站EPC项目物流呈现出涉及对象多、操作环节多、接口界面多等特点和挑战。为能对物流过程进行全程有效管控,提出了基于"一品多码"的信息化物流管理方法,以实现物流管理的透明化和可追溯。文章分析了"一品多码"的设计背景和优点,阐述了"一品多码"的运作过程,最后介绍了基于"一品多码"开发的信息化物流管理平台。
EPC project logistics management has played an important role in the execution of international power generation projects, logistics in the area of power generation industry typically involves many participants, requires countless operations to be completed as well as deals with numerous interfaces. With the objective of efficient and effective control of＇ whole logistics process, the paper proposes a ＂one-item-multi- ple-code＂ approach to realize the transparency and traceability of logistics management. The paper firstly analyses the background on which the said approach is developed with an explanation of its advantages, secondly explains the way it is carried out, and finally introduces the logistics management software which is developed based on ＂one-item-muhiplecode＂.
