摘要
文章通过介绍传统汽车售后配件的物流管理特征,从如何破解信用壁垒和信息不对称的行业主要问题出发,分析了物流金融与电子商务在线销售两种新型汽车售后配件运营模式,认为新模式的产生适应了B2B和B2C不同销售渠道的需求,真正实现了以物流精益化管理推动市场多方共赢,提升用户体验,文章最后还对近期售后汽配物流的发展趋势做了展望。
This paper describes the features of the traditional logistics management of aftermarket automotive parts, from two aspects to break the barriers of credit and to eliminate information asymmetry in the market, analyzes two new logistics operation models, logistics finance and online e-commerce, which are adapted to B2B and B2C sales channels, they realize that lean logistics management to promote win-win market and enhance customer experience. Finally the article inlroduees and prospects recent trends of aftermarket auto parts logistics operation.
