在社会主义市场经济条件下 ,我国成人教育要加速改革和发展 ,必须根据社会需要调整培养目标 ;深化教学改革 ;抓好继续教育与岗位培训 ;实施管理体制改革 。

Under the prevailing circumstances of socialist market economy, in order to speed up the development and reform of Adult Education in China,We'll have to reajust the training target in accordance with social demands, deepen the teaching reform, strengthen further education and posts training,and implement the reform of management system to improve the quality of administration.
