摘要
建设社区教育学习品牌是提升社区教育辐射力的必然选择,也是社区教育深化发展的重要推动力。由于当前对社区教育的认识不充分、管理欠完善、内容缺特色,导致社区教育学习品牌的普遍缺失。社区教育学习品牌的构建是一个系统工程,需要具备强有力的条件保障、特色的定位、优质的"产品"基础、有效的传播推广策略以及科学的管理机制。余姚社区教育学院"四先贤文化"学习品牌建设的实践,在这方面进行了有益的探索。
The construction of community education learning brand is the inevitable choice of ascending community education radiation and an important driving force to deepen the development of community education. The inadequate understanding, poor management and lack of features of content in community education, lead to the lack of brand in community education . The brand building in community education learning is a systematic project, and powerful guaranteed condi- tions, special positioning , high quality "product", effective promotion strategies, and scientific management mechanism are needed. The learning brand construction of "the culture of four sages" in Yuyao Community Education College has set a very good example in this area.
