摘要
美国马里兰大学的教师发展为我国加强远程教育质量保障提供了许多有益的启示。我们应当借鉴马里兰大学的经验,在开放大学建设之初未雨绸缪,提前规划,形成教师和开放大学共同成长的良性环境。
The faculty development of Maryland enment to improve the quality assurance of distance University has offered much beneficial enlighteducation of China. we should plan ahead to form a good environment of growth for both teachers and the University
