摘要
衡量高职院校教育质量的首要标准是学生的就业率,因而,提高高职院校教育质量要以培养学生就业力为着眼点。高职学生的就业力呈现等边三角形的结构,具体包括职业知识、能力和职业伦理素养。我们在强调对学生以知识的传授、能力的培养的同时,不应忽视学生职业伦理教育。过去职业伦理教育往往通过职业道德教育或者思想道德教育完成。这种单纯的"应然"式灌输在实际效果上的不如意,提示我们应当重视职业伦理教育,进而完成职业道德的内化。
The primary standard to measure the education quality of higher vocational colleges is the student's employment rate. Therefore, to improve the education quality of higher vocational colleges should first foster the employability of higher vocational students. The structure of higher vocational students" employability presents an equilateral triangle, including vocational knowledge, vocational skills and occupational ethics. We should not ignore the occupational ethics education while stressing knowledge education and skills training. In the past, occupational ethics education accomplished by means of occupational moral education or ideological and moral education. But the actual effect of the simple "ought to be" indoctrination mode is dissatisfactory. This fact suggests that we should pay more attention to occupational ethics education, and then accomplish the internalization of occupational moral rules.
