企业人力资源轮替机制研究

摘要 企业人力资源轮替机制是当企业出现员工暂时性或永久性离岗时,企业能够按既定程序提前安排适当的轮替人员暂时或永久性地替代离岗员工的一种机制,企业有必要建立人力资源应急轮替保障机制,保障企业任何岗位出现空缺,企业都有轮替人员。通过企业人力资源应急轮替反应机制的构建,能保证企业空缺岗位轮替人员按程序展开空缺岗位的轮替工作。 Corporate human resources alternate mechanism is a mechanism of arranging in advance the right rotation personnel alternative temporarily or permanently to undergo personnel according the procedure when enterprise employees leave their posts temporarily or permanently. It is very important for enterprises and employees. At the same time, this mechanism is also feasible for enterprises and employees. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the emergent rotation protection mechanism for human resources so that the enterprise has an alternate personnel when there is a vacancy. Building emergency rotation of the reaction mechanism of corporate human resources ensure the totation personnes the enterprise to expand the rotation vacancies according to the procedure.
